Open Positions |

We have a position for a Postdoctoral Researcher with microbiology experience and a quantitative mindset. Experience with E. Coli preferred. The candidate has to be outgoing communicate easily, since many members of the group are not trained in biology. S/he has to work well with others, as most projects will have an experimental and a theoretical part that are best accomplished in teams. Mathematical training is not required, but an interest in quantitative research based on understanding of basic principles is a must. |

Graduate students
We have positions open for qualified graduate students from any department of Harvard or MIT. However, we insist on a temporary rotation before considering permanent arrangements.
Postdoctoral researchers
Although we have reached the lab’s carrying capacity, we are always interested in hearing from outstanding candidates. We are interested in people that have excelled in any field, and hopefully with a different skill set than what we already have. We remind you that the lab focuses on analytical and experimental approaches, not on computational simulations.
At present, we would be interested in people from two different backgrounds. We are interested in a microbiologist with experience in E. Coli and a quantitative mindset. The detailed ad for this position can be found below. We are also interested in a mathematician with experience in formal probability, information or control theory. Biological knowledge not required nor desired.
