Ruoshi Yuan

My research interest includes: stochastic and nonlinear dynamics, statistical physics, mathematical modeling of biological phenomena, complex diseases, and synthetic biology. The current focus of my research is to identify contributions of different noise sources to the performance of a biological system and to derive fundamental limits as well as optimized designs.
